Three poke balls flew into the air and before they could even hot the ground, the owner had run right under them and towards the water. When the three balls had landed, an interesting collection of pokemon emerged. A Buizel appeared and immediately began sprinting after his trainer, eyes on the same goal. A Servine also came out and, irritated by the massive amounts of people everywhere, began an hunt for a patch of shore that he could claim as his own. When the Kakuna appeared, it simply landed sideways into the sand and stayed there.
By this point, Abellio had already kicked off his shoes and socks, unzipped the bottom half of the legs of his pants and throw those aside, and also allowed his shirt to join the pile of clothes in the sand, which reveal a very, very distinct farmer's tan. Now running around in only cargo shorts, Abellio quickly stopped as he felt his pockets.
He skidded to a stop, accidentally sending a sprinkling of sand onto the backs of a middle-aged, overweight couple. Had he noticed, he would have apologized, but he had already grabbed all the clothes he'd thrown about and headed for Jake.
The Servine managed to find a small area where a family of six had just left and quickly claimed it as his own. The grass-type smoothly slid onto his side and began fanning himself with his tail-leaf. Had someone not known what was going on, they might have thought this some sort of pokemon fashion shoot. Of course, it was quickly ruined by Abellio trampling over, dumping all his things down by Jake, and rummaging through his pockets to empty of the contents.
"Don't wanna get any of this wet," he said as Buddy also came trampling by and excitedly ran circles around a very annoyed Jake. "Where's Spike?"
The Kakuna remained exactly as he had first come- half-buried sideways in the same. A Wingull was perched on top of him.
"Hey, get offa him, you stupid bird!"
Had children not been around, Abellio probably would have used different terms, but instead he just jogged over to Spike and swat at the air until the Wingull flew off. The travelling trainer picked up his bug-type and brought him over to the spot and, with a bit of force, stabbed his bottom into the sand so he would stay propped up.
"There you go. Alright, let's go in the water!"
And with that, the tan-lined trainer ran back towards the water, Buddy right behind, and threw himself into the first way he got to. Meanwhile, Jake went back to his relaxation as Spike stood loyal guard over the property.
